Aasma is currently working as an Analyst at Roots Ventures, sector-agnostic $60Mn early-stage VC fund. During her internship at 100X.VC as a Portfolio Management Analyst, she assisted in due diligence and managed portfolios of 30+ startups. Prior to this, she worked as a Financial Analyst at Lakhani Financial Services, an Investment boutique that helped in raising Rs 120Mn through equity & debt, and Specialized in financial modeling, valuation, and fundraising process. Aasma also worked as a Financial Analyst at StartupLanes, an accelerator & angel network that raised $43Mn for startups via 4400+ angel network, where she assisted in conducting demo days, prepared financial projections/pitch decks and managed Investor relations. She holds a Bachelors in Accounting & Finance from Mumbai University. She revels in playing musical instruments and photography.
