Lipi is a Chartered Accountant and was looking at Deal Sourcing and evaluation as well as Due Diligence during her short internship after which she became the first full-time employee at 100X. She headed the portfolio, from the point of Term Sheet, Due diligence, Execution and then constantly being in touch with the portfolio. She also maintained VC relations, helped startups with financials, pitch decks and fundraising. Currently, she is a Senior Associate at Roots Ventures.
