In the midst of COVID-19, one of the founders’ family was facing a tough time due to the shutdown of his mother’s salon & spa, they realised that similar issues are faced by several others, to aid this problem the ideology of LUZO arose.

The team of LUZO has built a tech driven business model in the salon service sector. LUZO will prepay salons for services in exchange for bulk discounts and greater margins. A part of these margins are then passed on to customers as offers or discounts. They help customers discover salons around them, allows customers to book, reschedule or cancel appointments at salons and nail spas, they've build a loyalty program for Salons which inturn helps them to attract new customers, information for all available deals and offers at the listed salons is provided on their website and application.
