Durgesh Kaushik is the Senior Director at Coinbase, which is a digital currency wallet and platform where merchants and consumers can transact with new digital currencies. He is leading Coinbase's entry into India and other markets in APAC, EMEA, and the Americas - focusing on launching and going from zero to one in many new markets. Previously he headed Snapchat India as its #1 Employee and Kick-started India operations and the India office. His global experience ranges from driving growth in a start-up environment and developing world-class growth teams from scratch, to performing in large and globally distributed teams. He was a part of the core SMB Marketing team at Facebook in EMEA and APAC, was selected by Reliance for their flagship Jio Young Leadership Program and was the CMO at Edureka. He also led growth at Google-Backed Dunzo, helping the company achieve a record number of transactions within 3 months.
