She is the Co-Chair of India Internet Day, Aug 2020 (TieNCR) and Co-Chair, Sri Lanka Internet Day, April 2021 and Board Member, TiE Delhi NCR
She is a leader in scaling start-up programs globally - envisioned and implemented Microsoft's "Highway to 100 Unicorns" across 16 countries across India, APAC and MENA region to identify and nurture high potential startups and Project Amplify in partnership with Accenture for engaging with start ups focused on Impact.
She is the Founder of Sonder Connect - Powering Female Founders, she has worked with close to 120 Female Founders from 8 countries to help them accelerate the work they are doing.
Lathika is also the Founding Board Member of CXXO - A Kalaari initiative to invest in Female Founders. She is Serial entrepreneur who raised capital successfully in both debt and equity as well as provided profitable exits to investors. Her first start-up Virtual Source merged into B2K Corp, where she was the COO, and grew the firm to 600 employees, before its sale to Allsec Technologies
As Managing Partner at Tekinroads Consulting LLP, she helps tech companies from the US and Europe to expand sales and operations in India, SE Asia and the Middle East. Current clients include Kollective, a world leader in SDN and Enterprise Video Broadcast, a household name catalogue merchandiser, and an online discount coupon platform for e-commerce.
She is the India Board member for US tech firms, including acting as C-level exec as needed to scale operations. Notable clients include LogMeIn and Causeway Technologies
Founder, JobSkills, a social impact company that partnered with the government to skill and enhance the employability of young Indians and worked closely with over 10 state governments, NGOs and developmental bodies to implement solutions. She led training programs for over 12,700 people to help them join the workforce, Notably, worked with the Indian Army for re-entry of veterans into civilian jobs and with the Government of Tibet in exile to re-skill and find job placements for Tibetan refugees
She has a past international experience of over 11 years including working at Nortel, American Management Systems (now CGI) and the $300million funded tech start-up Relera
